In accordance with the Rules and Regulations, holiday decorations may be displayed 30 days prior to the holiday, and must be removed within 30 days following the holiday.

Operations and Projects Committee

The purpose of this committee is to help the Board develop the business case for projects (includes evaluation of options and weighing of intended vs. possible negative consequences and prioritization of HOA needs in consideration of available funds) and better develop the scope of work and evaluate vendors for large projects. The end result is informed guidance to better utilize the HOA’s funds.

Landscape Committee

A small group of homeowners completes walking rounds at least monthly to scope out issues. Your assistance in notifying GM Management of any landscaping issues is greatly appreciated. Comments should be sent via email to John Snee at GM Management at johnsnee@gmmanagement.com
